When and where is the Graduation 2026?
The Graduation Ceremony 2026 in UAE will be held at Atlantis The Palm on 17th October 2026.
Who is eligible for Graduation 2026?
Eligible students will receive an invitation to the graduation ceremony. Students will be invited for application submission according to the eligibility criteria.
When do applications open for Graduation 2026?
Applications open from 9th February until 31st August 2026.
What if I fail or have a re-sit after graduation eligibility?
Graduation eligibility depends on successful completion of 80% of academic requirements. If you have a failure or pending re-sit, your graduation will not be affected; however, the student needs to complete the pending re-sits post the ceremony.
What is the duration of a graduation program?
The time frame for the ceremony is approximately 4 hours, from 3 PM to 7 PM, followed by dinner.
What does the graduation fee include?
The package includes: Graduation Gown, Gala Dinner, Participation Certificate, and professional photography (students are responsible to ensure the photo is taken).
What is the dress code for the event?
Business formals & Party wear only as per UAE norms. (No flags or statements can be used for student key notes or pictures.)
Are children allowed at the event?
Yes, Children of all ages are welcome. However, parents or guardians may be requested to step outside briefly if a child causes significant disruption during the ceremony.
Will I receive my Degree Certificate?
No, you will receive a Certificate of Participation. Upon completion of the program and financial obligations, your certificate will be issued.
Who presides over the Graduation?
Dignitaries from Partner Universities will preside over the graduation ceremony.

Do guests need to register?
Yes, guests need to registered to attend the LUBM Graduation 2026 Ceremony.
Are last-moment guests allowed?
Yes, guests can be registered or paid for on the day.
Can I get my own photography team?
No, external photography teams are not allowed on the venue.
How can I get my graduation pictures?
The pictures will be sent to students within 20–30 days of the ceremony.
Will the university sponsor visas or provide visa support letters?
No, the university does not sponsor visas or issue visa support letters for students or their guests. The official graduation invitation email may be used as a supporting document for visa purposes, where applicable.
Is there an early bird fee and what is the payment deadline?
Early bird offers end on 30th April 2026. Further payment deadlines will be officially communicated.
Are installment or part payments allowed?
No, part payments are not allowed.
Are discounts available for group registrations?
Yes, a 10% discount applies for groups of three or more guests, subject to terms and conditions.
Where do I make the payment?
Payments must be made only through official, university-approved channels like payment links or bank transfers. An official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes, payments in local currency are accepted based on approval and exchange rates. For more information, please reach out to graduation@lincoln-edu.ae.
What is the refund policy?
Payments will be refunded or adjusted in the course fee if a student faces visa refusal. Proof of visa refusal will be required. No show students will not be refunded.
Can students with outstanding tuition or graduation fees attend?
Students with outstanding tuition or graduation fees may not be permitted to attend the graduation ceremony until all dues are fully cleared. Attendance eligibility is determined based on both academic and financial commitment, and invitations will be sent via email to eligible students only.
Can two offers or discounts be combined?
No, multiple offers or discounts cannot be combined.
Are there any discounts available for People of Determination?
Yes, discounts are available for People of Determination, including both students and their guests. Eligible students are requested to reach out to graduation@lincoln-edu.ae for further details and assistance.
